AIM is specialized in supporting companies launching their rare (or ultra rare) disease, ATMP or cell & gene product(s) as a first product or in addition to an existing portfolio, with a strong focus on Europe, but also with capabilities in the US through well-established partnerships. Additionally, we support companies with supply chain optimization challenges and we supply experienced interim Supply Chain professionals at all levels in the organization to our clients.

As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will join an entrepreneurial firm with a dynamic and growing team and have the opportunity to help grow and build the company. Reporting to a Principal at AIM, you will help own key operational functions and work collaboratively with team members to support the daily needs of the business.

- Business operations support (a.o. market & prospect analysis)
- Marketing & business development support
- Vendor & Client contracting support
- Operational ownership of company GDPR processes
- Support the development of processes to improve commercial performance
- Support the establishment of regular commercial reporting
Our requirements and the profile of our ideal candidate are:
Required Experience and Skills:
- Operational B to B marketing experience
- Analytical and ability to combine information from various sources
- Management report creation experience
- Experience with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regional privacy regulations
- Experience in the Life science business is a bonus
- Minimum 5 – 10 years experience in a comparable position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commercial operations, economics, supply chain, or related field
